Our factory makes traditional Nougat (soft and hard) of Montélimar for whom it selects with care of the noble raw materials: Honey of Lavender of the Drôme, Almonds of Spain, Pistachio nut of Sicily, Vanilla of the ile of La Reunion. Our soft nougat appears also under envelope of fine chocolates: basing black, mocha, milk chocolate perfumed in the orange, to enchant the most delicate of palate.
